Here’s a friendly Harajuku guy whose purple hair and top hat caught our eye on the street near Harajuku Station in Tokyo.

Other than the cool hairstyle, his look features a blue jacket, a tiered skirt, key-print leggings and classic Swear Alternative shoes with eyes, fur, and horns. Accessories include a bone hair clip, a labret piercing, silver earrings, a knit scarf, and a map-print handbag.
