Tokyo Streetwear Styles w/ LAD Musician, Comme des Garcons Homme Plus, D.TT.K Puffer Coat, Dulcamara, Maison Margiela & Alexander Wang
Easily catching our eye at Bunka Fashion College in Tokyo are Nagi and Ryoya striking ensembles.
At the left is 21-year-old Ryoya sporting a blue-and-white ensemble. Ryoya is dressed in a vintage white windbreaker with a 1980 Time Magazine “King of Kings” cover featuring Haile Selassie, worn over layers consisting of a black graphic print top and a striped shirt from LAD Musician. He cinched his windbreaker with a dark blue long belt and donned a denim wraparound skirt from Comme des Garcons Homme Plus. Graphic print tights, black-and-white Alexander Wang x Adidas high top sneakers, and a black Dulcamara tote bag completed his ensemble. His accessories – some of which are resale Hermes – include a black newsboy cap worn over a blue-and-white head scarf, a single chain earring and a necklace. Comme des Garcons Homme Plus is Ryoya’s favorite fashion label, and he likes listening to the music of B’z. Follow Ryoya on Instagram.
Meanwhile, Nagi – sporting green highlights – stepped out in a blue detachable puffer coat from D.TT.K. He styled his coat with a black t-shirt and resale/remake overalls, which features a zip-up pant leg with a camo print panel. Black leather heeled tabi boots from Maison Margiela and resale accessories such as a single hoop earring and sunglasses are the finishing touches to his look. Nagi lists Yohji Yamamoto, LAD Musician and Comme des Garcons as his fashion favorites, and he enjoys hip hop music. Nagi is also active on Instagram.
