UNBILICAL Shoes & Tassel Necklace in Harajuku

This fashionable 19-year-old Japanese girl was photographed in Harajuku. She’s wearing a beret over her cute bob hairstyle, a dress from the antique/vintage clothing shop HUG Harajuku, a large vintage-looking tassel necklace, black stockings, and candy red UNBILICAL brand shoes. She’s also carrying some sort of knit wrap or sweater. When we asked about music, she told us that one of her favorite bands is Tohoshinki.

I don’t think that’s a “vintage tassle necklace,” looks more like curtain tie-backs to me.

You know what’s funny? We’ve had that exact discussion here. But, it seems like something that some of the vintage-loving kids are wearing right now, so we figured maybe it’s something from history that we were missing out on. Check this for a couple other examples:

I’ve seen a lot more on the street too.

I think the upholstery tassel necklace is definitely a trend!

  4. Not a big fan of Tohoshinki and I’m Korean. I hate them. The girl looks interesting though.
