Cute Nile Perch Pastel Dress & Ruffle Socks in Harajuku
Here’s a cutely-dressed 19-year-old Japanese girl named Erika who we snapped on the street in Harajuku.
Erika is wearing a simple-yet-cute fairy-kei-friendly outfit that features a pastel dress (with hearts and bows) from Harajuku’s Nile Perch, tiered pink ruffle socks, and shoes with wooden platforms. Adding a little extra fun to the look is a jeweled wristwatch with a carousel horse, bows, and stars on its face.
