Sunday morning in Shibuya, the much anticipated Opening Ceremony Tokyo shop welcomed its first shoppers. The actual grand opening of the shop wasn’t as exciting – or nearly as crowded – as the party the night before, but we had someone on hand nonetheless…

The party on Saturday night – held to celebrate the grand opening of the first Opening Ceremony in Japan – was attended by numerous Japanese and international celebrities and fashion industry players, including Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Jason Schwartzman, Kirsten Dunst, Rinko Kikuchi, and Tetsuji Tamayama. After previewing the new store in Shibuya, the party moved to the Liquid Room in Ebisu for some late night music and dancing.

The party gave VIPs a first look at what the new store will be carrying. It also gave Opening Ceremony a chance to show off the unique interior design of their new Shibuya complex. Here are some photos of that interior – courtesy of Opening Ceremony…
