Christmas in Harajuku 2013 – Takeshita Dori Pictures

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Harajuku!!! As we’ve done every year since 2008, we’re publishing hundreds of pictures of the streets of Harajuku (and Shibuya) during the holidays. In addition to the pretty Christmas lights, trees, sales, and window displays, these pictures give you a chance to see what’s changed in Harajuku since last Christmas. This year has seen some big changes on Takeshita Street, with ever bigger changes to come in 2014!

These photos were taken during a walk down Takeshita Dori, starting at Harajuku Station and proceeding all the way to Meiji Dori. The next set will pick up at Meiji Dori and continue on from where this set leaves off – check back soon!

Have a great holiday everyone and thank you all for supporting Japanese fashion this year and always! Check all of the Takeshita Dori Christmas pictures to see them full size!

Wow! I’m so jealous of all the fashion and venues in Japan! Everything in Japan is super cute and exactly my style but unfortunately I live in the USA, so I just have a lot of bland fashion here!

  2. so amazing, I know how you feel Beansprout, I live in Mexico but I really love the japanese fashion! <3
