Doll Head Brooch, Tassel Necklace & Ribbon Hair Bows in Harajuku

This 19-year-old Japanese college student told us that her name is Yojo. We met Yojo on the street in Harajuku.

Yojo is wearing a Dolly Kei-influenced outfit featuring a camisole from the Shimokitazawa resale shop Haight & Ashbury over a t-shirt, a skirt that she said she purchased “at a local store”, and espadrilles. Her accessories include red ribbon hair bows, a large spiral earring, a red rope/tassel necklace, and a cute doll head brooch (we see a lot of doll parts, but they are often creepy – this one is more cute). She said that some of her accessories are from Romantic Standard, but she didn’t specify which ones. She also told us that her tassels-covered bag is a “remake” item.

Yojo told us that her favorite shop in Tokyo is The Virgin Mary and her favorite type of music is anisong (songs from anime).
