Here’s a friendly fairy-kei-loving girl who we ran into near Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku.

Her outfit features a white jacket with a faux fur collar over an eyeball-print hoodie over a pastel blue top with a cute pink bow, along with a pink & blue tulle skirt, colorful striped over-the-knee socks, leg warmers, and pink platform bow shoes. Accessories include bunny ears, a large striped bow, several 6%DOKIDOKI buttons, animal-print headphones from Swimmer, and a green frog face bag.
