Harajuku Girl w/ Colorful Hair, Dempagumi.inc Dress, 6%DOKIDOKI & Cosmic Magicals

We’ve snapped 19-years-old student Rikarin many times before in Harajuku. This time she’s sporting pink and blue hair.
