Monroe in Harajuku w/ Eye Jewels, Double Bun Hairstyle & Acid Wash

At twelve years old, Monroe is one of the only girls we see around the streets of Harajuku often who was born after the year 2000. She often hangs around with her older sister, and both of them are very cute and friendly!

Monroe is wearing an acid wash jacket with a t-shirt dress, shorts, smiley face socks, and Converse sneakers. Her accessories include buttons from the Tokyo kawaii shop SPANK!, cute clips in her double buns hairstyle, eye jewels below her eyes, and a JanSport backpack with 2NE1 charms attached.
