Japanese Girl in Polka Dot Shorts & Over-the-Knee Boots

We photographed this very smiley Japanese girl near Shibuya 109 in Tokyo.

She’s wearing a cute pair of polka dot shorts with a gray sweater over a top that ties into a big bow around her neck. As far as footwear, she’s wearing a pair of over-the-knee black boots. Accessories include a handbag that appears to say “Brightness – My Dream Has Come True” on the label, a hair clip, rings, bracelets and hoop earrings.
