Japanese Guy w/ Blue-Green Hair, Cigarette Box Earring & Drop Crotch Pants

Here’s a colorfully dressed Japanese guy with blue-green bangs who we ran into on Center Street in Shibuya.

His outfit consists of a top that features several different colors of leopard print as well as bright multi-colored zippers, sarueru (drop crotch) pants with plaid accents, and tall platform shoes. Accessories include a cigarette box earring with googly eyes (not the first time we’ve seen something like this), a metal mesh ball necklace, earrings, and a spiked bracelet.
