Pastel Hair, HEIHEI Dalmatians Pin, Cardigan & Platform Sandals in Harajuku

Maiko is a 20-year-old student with pastel hair who caught our eye on the street in Harajuku.

Her look features an H&M cardigan over a striped Forever 21 top with a black lace bustier, faux leather shorts (worn with a white belt), and WEGO platform sandals. Her accessories include a HEIHEI Dalmatians button, a tattoo necklace, a cameo on a gold chain, metal band rings, a spiked bracelet, white tights, and a black tote bag.
