Pierrot-Panda Shironuri on The Street in Harajuku

Here’s a friendly and eye-catching Japanese shironuri who we met on the street in Harajuku. Her name is Yuge, and her style mixes elements of kawaii panda-ness with classical Pierrot fashion. A distinctly Japanese touch is the red randoseru backpack.

Yuge was on her way to the “White Face Monster Party” shironuri subculture gathering in Harajuku when we spotted her. She arrived later in the day, so we didn’t get her in our main photoset from the event, but we were happy to catch her on the street for a few quick snaps.
