Tokyo Fashion Picture Updates Early Dec.

Just a quick update this time to share some new photos related to previous Tokyo Fashion new items. When we get user requests, or we just happen to think it’s needed, we try to follow up on existing news items to get more info.

Here are this weeks updates…

Our Hello Kitty x Christofle article got more attention than we expected, so we decided to stop back by the shop and take a closeup picture of the items inside of the window. The first time we noticed the shop, we just liked the big Kitty on the outside of the building, we didn’t actually bother to look inside (sorry!)

Inside of the shop, they have Hello Kitty Chopsticks, Hello Kitty silverware (knives, forks, etc.), children’s flatware, and Hello Kitty pictures frames. All of the items are made by Christofle Paris of fine silver. Not sure on all of the prices, but the small picture frame was about US$250 and the children’s flatware looked like it was about $125 per piece – yes, per fork, per spoon, etc. Wow! The other item that we are updating here is our Care Bears x Milkfed article. We just took some closeup pictures of the LaForet window display and though they looked cute, so we decided to post them here for your enjoyment.

Neither of these pictures really adds any new info about the collaboration between Milkfed and Care Bears, but we thought they were cute – and sometimes cute is reason enough in Japan.
