Twin Tails & Mini Dress w/ Liz Lisa Sandals & Holographic Backpack in Harajuku

We met Sayaka, a cutely-styled 20 year-old-girl, in Harajuku. The pink streak in her hair is what first caught our eye.

She was wearing twin tails and a monochrome mini dress. Her holographic backpack, pink heart choker, and jewelry are from Spinns. Her cute holographic platform sandals are by the girlie Japanese brand Liz Lisa.
