Yasutoshi Ezumi 2012-13 A/W

On Tuesday, March 20th, Japanese label Yasutoshi Ezumi showcased their 2012 Autumn/Winter collection on the runway at roomsLINK at belle salle SHIBUYA FIRST .

Yasutoshi Ezumi is a young designer who got his start in fashion abroad, graduating from the University of Arts Central Saint Martin College of Art & Design. He worked as an assistant at Alexander McQueen before designing knitwear at Aquascutum London for their 2008 S/S and A/W collections. He returned to Tokyo and launched his eponymous brand with the 2010 A/W collection.

The Yasutoshi Ezumi 2012-13 Autumn/Winter “Natural Selection” show at Tokyo Fashion Week featured feminine designs utilizing quite a bit of knitwear and drapey asymmetrical cuts. The colors used in almost all of the looks were muted.
