Harajuku Girl’s Pink Highlights, Sheer Vintage Top, Shorts & Platform Converse
Here’s a 19-year-old Japanese girl named Aya who we met in Harajuku. She is a student at Tokyo’s famous Bunka Fashion College. The pink highlights in Aya’s short hairstyle were one of the first things about her look that caught our attention.
Aya’s outfit features a sheer-sleeved vintage top she purchased at the Harajuku vintage boutique Bubbles along with resale denim shorts (rolled up) and platform Converse lowtop sneakers from Nadia. Her accessories – some of which came from Shibuya 109 and the resale shop Santa Monica – include stud earrings, a heart ring, a crown ring, silly bandz bracelets, and a vintage-looking Barbie bag.
Aya told us that her favorite places to shop include two popular Harajuku resale boutiques – Bubbles and Kinsella. Her favorite musicians are Kaela Kimura and Momoiro Clover Z. If you’d like to know more about Aya, you can follow her on Twitter!
