AMBELL 2012 S/S Collection

The 2012 S/S edition of Japan Fashion Week (aka Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week) in Tokyo is under way! Several times each day, TokyoFashion.com’s contributors are reporting back from runway shows and events all over town. Be sure to check out all of our Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tokyo coverage.

On Friday, October 21st, Japanese label AMBELL showcased their 2012 Spring/Summer collection.

AMBELL founder Bunzo Kadono is a graduate of ESMOD Paris. He worked at Anne Valerie hash and veronique leroy before starting his AMBELL collection in 2010.

The AMBELL 2012 S/S collection was presented during Japan Fashion Week in an exhibition at the Mercedes-Benz Connection venue in Roppongi. The collection featured vintage-inspired pieces displayed with beautiful flower headpieces. Both stripes and floral patterns made prominent appearances in the collection.
