Here’s a friendly Japanese girl with dolly kei-influenced fashion who we met at night on Meiji Dori between Harajuku and Shibuya. Coincidentally, we ran into this same girl near this location (over on Cat Street) a few months ago.

Her outfit features a vintage/resale dress with a lace top, white tights, and rocking horse shoes. Accessories include a large tassel necklace (most commonly worn by fans of Dolly Kei fashion), a ribbon hair bow in her cute braids, pink headphones, and a manga-artwork canvas bag with a lace bow attached.
